Different varieties of cliff honey are sourced from the distinct regions of Nepal. All of the regional varieties are harvested from mountainous forests of Nepal- at altitudes above 3500 meters. The whole collection captures the high altitude specific nectar from a diverse range of wildflowers and herbs blooming in each region. All of them are natural packages of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other honey nutrients and each jar carries layers of unique taste and flavors shaped by its place of origin.

At Himalayan Cliff Honey, we are rooted in nature, people, and tradition. Every jar comes directly from native cliffside hives in Nepal, carefully harvested by experienced Gurung, Magar, and Chhetri honey hunters using centuries-old techniques.

Our cliff honey is collected once or twice a year, handled in small batches, and stored in certified units to preserve its natural enzymes, bioactive compounds, and delicate flavor with minimal processing.

Each jar includes a QR code that allows you to trace your honey back to its harvest region, season, and the beekeeper. The code also provides batch details and third-party quality testing information, ensuring full transparency from the cliff to your jar.
