Pricing and availability disclaimers

  1. The price displayed on the product is the actual price you need to pay. The price is not always the same and is subject to change, which can be confirmed only at the actual time of purchase. Always check the final price on our website at the time you want to make the purchase.

  2. Product availability is subject to change without prior notice. All products are offered subject to availability and may be limited in quantity. We offer all of our products on a first-come, first-served basis and may become unavailable at any time due to limited stock, seasonal supply, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment terms

  1. Customers must pay full price at the time of purchase, with debit/credit or other accepted payment methods available at the respective checkout time.

  2. If you’re ordering from outside the US, the currency conversion fees must be paid by you.

  3. Only with successful payment, we process and move forward with the order. In case of payment failure, the order is automatically terminated.

Limitation of liability

While we believe in providing high-quality products and reliable services, there are still limitations to our liability:

  1. Our company shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits especially those arising from misuse of our products or services or from the statements, actions, or conduct of any third party using the service or other economic damages.

  2. Events beyond our reasonable control like technical failures or delays in shipping.

  3. In any event, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

Governing law/jurisdiction

This Agreement is entirely governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. The courts at Kathmandu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

Intellectual property rights

  1. The Site and its content are our proprietary property, unless otherwise indicated. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively “Content”), as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, including international copyright laws and conventions.


  1. Both the Content and Marks are for your personal information and use only. You don't have the right to copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, licensed, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site, Content, or Marks for any commercial purpose, unless you've a prior written permission from us.


  1. Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in or to the Site, Content, or Marks.
